give internet explorer a timer function to schedule site access

With so many daily business transactions now web based, a 'down' site becomes
a realy problem. Give IE the ability to visit a site at a predetermined
future date/time of the user's chosing. And then notifiy the user that is
has done so. That way important daily transactions will not go undone due to
a down site.

And this is related to MS Office apps? Perhaps you should look at what
the software on your PC is really capable of doing, and then use it.
