Global Address Book on exchange server

I'm haveing a problem with the address book. I'm on an exchange server
and I'm supposed to be able to access global address book through this
server. It's not working I'm only getting the addresses to the
recipitants that I have received emails from of have sent an email to.
Can anyone help?

This feature works through LDAP. It means that LDAP has to be active on
the Exchange server and properly configured in the settings of your
Exchange account. Did you enter the LDAP information in your account??

Instead, point Entourage to a Global Catalog Server on your network.
This is an LDAP server. Your network administrators may have to specify
the address for you.

Or you can log in to your account using Outlook for Windows and check
your server settings there. While running Outlook, hold the Control key
AND right-click the Outlook icon in the System Tray near the clock.
Select the option to check your status.

Very nice trick Bill. I didn't know this one. It will sure prove useful
around here.
