Global Address Book

I just upgraded from Outlook 2001 to Entourage V.X and now can not
access my Global Address book on the Exchange server. Microsoft
says you can do this but I can't figure it out?

I also have many Distribution Lists as part of the Global Address Book
that I need access to?
