Global (permanent) setting of PPT print options

Greetings!

I print PPT files often; at least once a week. Furthermore, I always
print "handouts"
and 2 slides per page.

Is it possible to globally (permanently) change the default print to be
the above,
i.e., "handouot" and "2 slides per page".

I find it annoying that I have to choose these two options each and
everytime I
print.

Many thanks in advance,

Yep no problem Ideen,

Go to the TOOLS menu and then select OPTIONS.

In the OPTIONS dialogue window choose the PRINT tab.

Select the radio button for "Use the following print settings"

For "Print What" select Handouts 2 slides per page and

then hit OK.

No more printing annoyances for you.

That is precisely the point: I rarely print a given PPT file more than
once.

I create PPT files for presentation in the classroom on a weekly
basis and would like to provide printouts for the students. I have
been
doing that for more than two years now and every time I am about to
print, I have to select "handouts" and "2 slides per page." That is
annoying!

I tried "save a tree" but it did not integrate well with Office 2003.
