Globally edit Anniversary and Birthday fields in Outlook XP

I imported my old addresses from Eudora/Lotus Organizer and a whole
load of them acquired Birthdays and Anniversaries of 01 January 2001.

There are too many to alter by hand; is there an easy way of globally
resetting these?
