GMail though IMAP using Entourage

I've just created the Imap account in Entourage, and it now displays
an extra secured Imap tree within the normal Imap tree (the icon shows
a lock and [] brackets around the account name). To my understanding
this means that I've downloaded the messages twice and Entourage also
stores the messages twice.
Can I change settings to just have one Imap tree in stead of two?

I just posted this on The Entourage Help Blog and I believe it addresses
what you're seeing

You'll need to scroll about midway to the section "Configure advanced
IMAP settings".
