Going from IE 7.0 back to 6.0 - having problem with Pekin Insuranc

I recently uninstalled the IE7 update and went back to IE6 as my computer was
running slow - Now I'm having troubles with Pekin Insurance Website - once
I'm logged in I have to hold downthe Shift button evertime I click on
somthing - Anyone know of the fix for this?
