Good News! HotSync Restored!

I was able to restore HotSync to my Palm. It turns out it was neither an
Entourage nor a Palm software issue, but that I had a static-charge buildup
that was cleared by opening up the my Palm m515 with a Torx-5 screwdriver,
disconnecting the battery for five minutes, reconnecting the battery,
closing up the Palm, recharging on the cradle, then HotSyncing normally.

Glad you got everything working again. I know how hard it can be to lose the
syncing capabilities that one grows to depend on.

Static electricity huh? Who woulda thunk?
