Graphic from Microsoft template will not print

I downloaded a Mothers Day card from Microsoft.com and the flower picture/
graphic will not print. Not printing in draft mode, drawing objects
selected, field codes check box clear, and tried shutdown/ restart. Any
suggestions? Thank you.

Hi Auri,

I was able to print the graphics in all 5 of the
MS template Mother's Day cards for Word from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT011216611033.aspx

Does the graphic appear in Print Preview and in Web Page Preview?

If so, what version of Word, what printer model and which of
the templates?
