Graphical Indicators copy to word

I am trying to create a word document to explain how my proejct schedule
works and what the various graphical indicators represent, is there anyway I
can import/paste to word the graphical indicator images?? Otherwise I can
only desctie what the image looks like instead of showing it.

Hello Steve,
Use the Copy Picture tool in the tool bar (small camera) or the Print Screen
function key on your keyboard
Paste in the Paint accessory to select the zone you want.
