I'm doing mail merges with Word using my Entourage address
book as the data source. I create a form letter, which
includes some graphics (pictures, logo, etc), in Word.
Then I insert the appropriate merge fields, select the
desired recipients from the address book, then perform the
actual merge.
My Entourage outbox will then display the recipients and,
when a recipient is selected, Entourage displays the
merged form letter for that recipient below.
The problem is that the graphics (pictures, logo, etc.)
that appear in the original form letter in Word (and in
the previewed merged form letter) do not appear in the
merged form letters in Entourage. They're just gone -
replaced with white space. Where'd they go? What am I
doing wrong here? Why doesn't Entourage retain these
graphics? Can I not have graphics in merged form letters
in Entourage?
