gray box in Entourage

In my Inbox and Sent Items folders there is a gray box at the bottom
of the list of emails, covering up the emails. And when I try to click
on it, or simply move the cursor over it, I get the error message
"The action cannot be completed. Mail error." And in my Outbox it is
completley blank, and I get the same message when I try to click on
it. Then when I click "OK" after receiving the message it just
continually pops up over and over, so I have to force quit the
program. Anyone with similiar problems? What should I do?

Hi Karen,

Run the Database rebuild option. You can do it by Holding the Option button
while you launch Entourage. Select Typical rebuild and check.
