Grayed Menu Bar Lists

I applied yesterday;s Office update, and now almost all the items in Entourage's top menu bar are grayed out and cannot be used. What can I do?

Have you restarted and run Repair Permissions? Have you tested in a new User
to see if the problem exists in a clean environment? Exactly what update did
you apply?
