All word documents in Windows Explorer show the properties to be "archive" but when I open the file in Word the properties are grayed out and I cannot check the "hidden," read-only," or archive boxes. This affects printing because when a document has all the boxes grayed out, and NO check marks for what kind of properties, the printer spits out a few blank pages. So not only are the word documents not showing a properties classification, but ones that are totally unchecked and grayed do not print. THIS IS NOT a printer problem because i can print every other document. PLEASE EMAIL me directly if you can help. I have a 37 page research paper that has the property boxes grayed out and I cannot print it out (I can view it in its entirety though). Email me at (e-mail address removed) and I will also check this list.
Thanks!
