I have experienced a recurring problem: I send an email to a group,
with addresses suppressed, and eventually get an error message:
"Mail could not be sent using [my email account] Not our customer.
Error: 5551"
The email stays in the Outbox and does not move to the Sent folder.
Other emails to groups before and after this one worked as they should
and I have checked the email addresses for typos, etc. I am using
Entourage X and Mac OS 10.3.9.
I can find no way of figuring out who in the group successfully
received the email and who did not.
Any thoughts?
