How can i email a distrubtion list to my coworkers, for them to use without
sending the same email to everyone on the list?

Again, please, with clarity this time. Why would who resides in the DL have
any effect on whom you choose as recipients? You can send any DL to anyone
you want. Insert it as an Outlook Item in an RTF message.
