Hi
using Mac with word/Entourage 2004-
have made a groiup list with names e mails in it-
but can;
't seem to sent e mail to evryone on list-
The help in prog. isn't that helpful-
any proper help appreciated

What happens when you try?

There are (at least) three ways to send a message to an Address Book Group.

First, you can compose a new message and start typing the Group's name. It
should pop up as an option.

Second, you can compose a new message, click on the "To" field, click on the
little Address Book icon (the button to the right of "Check Names"), and
find your Group in the list.

Third, you can switch over to your Address Book, find the Group, highlight
it, and click on the "New Message To" button at the top of the screen.
