Group Policy install aborted

I am deploying Office 2003 via Group Policy. After I set up all of the GPO
configurations, I also set up a script to reboot the computers remotely over
the weekend in order to install the applications during a certain time
window. The computer are at a remote office with no server so we are
installing the software over the WAN. Well, a user came in a rebooted one of
the machines and it started to install Office. He didn't like that so he
hard booted the machine three times and finally Group Policy stopped trying
to upgrade the software and is recording the following message, among others,
in the event viewer:
=================
Category: Application Management
Event ID: 109
Description: Application Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 from policy
"GPO Name" was configured to upgrade application Microsoft Office XP Standard
from policy "Group Policy Name". The assignment or install of the upgrade
application Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 from policy "Group Policy
Name" failed with error : %%1603 The upgrade will be aborted.
=================

I know after three times of trying to install a package, the client side
will stop trying. How do reset this to where it will try the install again?
