My Outlook updated itself and now has collapsable (+/-)
conversations rather than my preferred most recent
nearest top order. eg if i regularly send a mail with
report as the subject, when someone replies it goes into
a large report archive - so i have to display only unread
mails and find this mail in amongst others even though
it's the newest in. My question is 'how do i get rid of
this frustrating update?' thanks
