In Outlook (2002), how can I (with or without add-ins) group contacts by
their email address *domain* i.e. the
microsoft.com
yahoo.com
bbc.co.uk
etc. part of an email address?
and on a related note, ultimately I only want to keep one contact at each of
these domains, how can I delete the others? i.e. if I have contacts with
email addresses:
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
I only want to keep the contact (e-mail address removed)
Any assistance would be most appreciated!
