"Groups" crossing from Outlook to Entourage

I have a large email Group set up in Outlook which I created while
still using my Dell on a regular basis. I've recently migrated almost
exclusively to my new Mac and am using Entourage connected to my
company's Exchange Server. The sync between my computer and my
Motorola Q is working very well with Entourage except for one thing.
The Group I created in Outlook a couple of months ago and use
regularly for mass email is not visible anywhere that I can find in
Entourage. I just added new names to the Group in Outlook using
Parallels and also checked the box to add them to my contacts.
Immediately they were also visible in Entourage but still no sign of
my Group. How can I access the Group in Entourage and use it for mass
emails? I can open Outlook in Parallels, but I'd rather skip that step
and stay in Entourage as much as possible. Thanks for any help.

Support for groups on Exchange Server is still not supported with
Entourage 2008.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.

You cannot, but you can transfer it to Entourage if you're primarily using
Entourage now. Open the group up in Outlook and choose Save As from the File
menu. Save it as a text file and then send it over to Entourage. You can
then drag the addresses into an Entourage Address Book group. May require
some cleanup, Outlook saves as:

Name Address
Name Address
Name Address
