I work at a major university and we are having a big problem with Entourage
in regards to its exchange connectivity and I hope someone can help me.
Basically, the exchange connectivity works fine except I have NO idea how to
bring up global address book as we were able to in Outlook 2001 for os 9. I
know I can type in the person's name and click on Check Names but the huge
drawback to that is that it misses all of our groups in the global address
book. I can type in "history" or "as" and click on check names but it finds
nothing at all. If i type in "as" (arts and sciences) in my Windows Outlook
2003 computer, it finds all the groups that have AS in their name, but
nothing shows up on Entourage.
What am I missing and how can I resolve this? This is extremely important
as we are trying to migrate all of our faculty and staff over to os 10 and
Office 2004 for Mac and its a huge oversight if they (users) can't bring up
their groups in the address book.
Thanks,
