Groups of Groups in Address Book

In Entourage X.v I was able to create "groups" of addresses based upon
criteria like State of residence and then create "Groups" of these smaller
"groups" to fit in the limitations of my ISP as to the number of messages
sent at a time

In Entourage 2004, these Groups of "groups" do not work. I get an error
message of the form NEED RCPT TO <name@domain> Mail could not be
sent Error 17099

I can't find anything in Preferences, etc to address this problem

Does anyone have a solution?

Maybe you could use Paul Berkowitz's "Split recipients X"
script as a workaround. See:
