A few different ways...
Out of the box, FP2000 has it. >File >New >Page
General(default) >Guestbook
This does require your server to have the Server Extensions
installed
3rd party guestbook. I have seen them on the internet, no
experience with them
My cheesy way- Database. I have one page which is a
database results page showing the results and an entry page
with a form that writes to the database. Here is the first
incarnation of this, it is presently being revamped.
