Handheld Sync Installer not included on my CD

I just received the Student and Teacher Edition of Office 2004. Previously, I
had horrific problems getting 2001 and my Palm 130 to sync (spent HOURS
with tech support) and decided that since I was upgrading anyway, I would
just wait to work out the bugs with 2004. But now I can't find the conduit on
the CD or on the website.

I've tried to do a Custom Install and looked under Additional Tools (as well
as every other category) for the Handheld Sync Installer. I've also tried
numerous searches on the website. Am I overlooking something obvious
here? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I don't have my CD handy, but here's what the Help says:

2. Install the Handheld Sync Installer (Entourage Conduit). Open the
Additional Tools folder located inside the Microsoft Office 2004 folder.
Double-click Handheld Sync Installer, and then follow the directions on your
screen.
