Handheld sync issue after upgrading from Office X to Office 2004

I recently upgraded from Office X to Office 2004 and my palm will not sync
to Office 2004 Main Identity. Is there a way to point the Entourage Conduit
to the correct Identity?

I tried changing the "Main Identity" default name to match the handheld
name, but no joy.

Any other suggestions?

Did you install the new version of the Handheld Synchronization conduit
included with Office 2004? You need to do that. It's located here:
/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools/Handheld Sync Installer

Once you've done that, open the HotSync Manager (/Applications/Palm/).
Then, go to HotSync > Conduit Settings. Select the Entourage Conduit and
then click the "Conduit Settings" button. In the "Entourage identity"
pop-up menu, select "Main Identity", and click OK.
