Handheld Sync Still A Problem

How do I get my palm pilot to sync with Office 2004? I cannot open the
Entourage conduit settings in Hot Sync Manager. When I try to run a Sync,
it just skips the Entourage sync altogether. Several people in my office
are having the exact same problem. Help!

In Hot Sync Manager, after selecting "Conduit Settings" from the "Hotsync"
menu, click ONCE on the Entourage Conduit in the list of conduits. Then,
click the square above that is labelled "Conduit Settings".

Ignore the text telling you to double-click.
