Handling OnValidate event for option buttons

Hi everybody
I'm new to InfoPath, I designed a form which has a table and in each row I
have 2 option buttons which are "Yes" and "No", I want to draw a red border
everytime the user clicks on No option button. I think I should write codes
in OnValidate event but I don't know how. plz help me guyz
