Harmonizing Email and Calendar on two machines

Problem 1)
Is there a way for me to harmonize my Desktop and Notebook computers'
Entourage Identities? They are not in synch.

Problem 2)
Somehow I lost all of my historical calendar information prior to 2005 and
need it back. I have back up copies of my identity folder but do not know
how to add the information into the active Identity now.

I am running:
Entourage 2004 for MAC v11.2.4
OS X 10.4.6

Unfortunately this isn't an answer for your problem.

I ran into the same problem you did. In the end, I gave up my home
Desktop computer to run Entourage. Since I do most of my scheduling in
Notebook computer's Entourage, I turned on Calendar Sync service with
..mac from Entourage, and I only use iCal from my home Desktop computer
to view/add/modify events from my calendar.

Wellllll, in a way...
You could export from one and import in the other, but then you have to
deal with all the duplicates.

If you have ENtourage 2004 and a .Mac account and Tiger (I know, it's a
lot ;-) ) then you can enable the SYncServices in ENtourage and you
should be able to sync all that from one computer to the other. In the
long term of course, this is the best solution. The .Mac synching will
assist you to deal with the various conflict you'll have,
