I have been doing interviews for several months, and I have hundreds of
resumes that I've read through. What I would like ultimately is a way of
right clicking on an email, saying "Tag this email address with this colour,"
and then all future emails from that email address would have that colour.
This way I would instantly know that a person is applying for the second
time. That would be the ideal experience, but I'm willing to settle.
We have a special email address that all applications are sent to. I can
currently create a rule for that email address that puts them in a special
folder, and sort by name, but I find that I'm sorting by date to see newest
on top, then sorting by name just to see if the person has applied before,
and it's too awkward.
Any suggestions?
