Have product key but lost the cd for Office 2003 Pro!

Some one walked off with my Office 2003 Pro installation CD. I still have the product key. Can I use a different cd from some one else to install with this product key? or do I need a whole new disk and product key?

All the disks are the same. Can you imagine a company making each disk
unique?
