in our small office, we've been using the notes section of the project
center as an active bulletin board of open/closed items for any given
project. what we're trying to do is set up 2 categories for the notes:
open(red) and closed(gray). this will allow us to easily see what's
open and what's not. we've been able to get the notes to share across
our network, but the problem is that they don't show up on other
computers with the categories that have been assigned to them. any
help would be greatly appreciated.
