I had the same thing happening on my PC and I had to
disable the internet connection firewall feature in my
network connections advanced properties.

Almost like I am not online but I am operating in an
office network. How can I get outlook 2003 to run in real
time? I have set up many computers and this is the only
one that is giving me trouble.
