Having trouble with formulas. It's for a timesheet calculating ho.

I'm having trouble with my formulas. I am trying to have my timesheet
calculate how many hours worked in a day and then a week. (ex: 8am-8pm
=12hour, but the 12 is showing up as 12:00, so since it's showing up like
that then it won't calculate 12:00 + 12:00). What am I doing wrong?
