Header line sorts with the data

Hi,

In the past sorting data alphabetically was easy and
never included the column headings. Now all my sorts
include the column headings and I have to manually
replace them. Is there a setting that I can use to get
the sort to work properly?

in the dialof 'Data - sort' you can check if your data has a column
heading or not

Also, if you make your column header row distinct from the other rows by
Bolding or somesuch format.

Excel seems to know then it is a header.
