I have changed all my folders to be in "header status"
view for simplicity. Multiple emails, within a folder,
causes a scroll bar to be necessary. Each time I go into
one of these folders, (eg. sent, inbox, etc), the oldest
email is highlighted. This is always at the BOTTOM of my
list and I need to continuously scroll upwards in the
folder to see the most recent sent item, even tho the date
has been set to be in ascending order. What's going on?
This is extremely frustrating for our City's organization
and many users are very upset. Is this yet another 'bug'
in the software, Outlook 2003?
