Header that shows when printing

When Printing an email message, the template shows the user name at the top.
How do I change the name that is displayed? When I bring up the print dialog
box, I can change it there before I print. But I can't seem to find the
place where I can change the default. I don't want to change it every time I
print.

Thanks for everyone's help.

Configure the Print dialog box the way you want it (uncheck 'My name:'). Up
near the top where you see the Presets menu, choose "Save As..." Give your
preferred default settings a name.

This Preset should now be selected by default until you change back to
Standard or another set.

This is a function of the Mac OS, you can do this in just about any program.

Or, just locate your "Me" contact in the Address Book (the one that is blue
with the outlined box around it) and change the name associated with it.
