Headers don't print when email are in HTML format

Hi,

I have been looking for several days on the internet for an answer to this
problem, in vain :

When printing plain text mail, the headers show up. However, when printing
HTML mail, the headers do not show up; instead it is printed as a web page
with "mhtmlmain:" as the URL.

The only way to print mail with header is to edit messages and have Html
turn off. Honestly, I long for a faster solution...

I'm facing this problem with Imac running Entourage X and Entourage 2004.

Thanks for your help,
Fred

That's a known issue that occurs with complex HTML messages rendered with
the complex HTML engine. Unfortunately, there's little you can do about it.
Either you have to print without headers or print the message with headers
in text format (or simple HTML format, if the "Display complex HTML in
messages" option is turned off in Mail & News Preferences/Read or General
Preferences/Security, depending on your version).
