Headers from a different newsgroup!

Messages from a different newsgroup on the same server have invaded a newsgroup I use and some of the postings that do belong there don't appear (I know they're there because they appear on the OWA version of the groups). OE and its successor have a procedure for resetting the groups that releases all the headers and all associated info, (Properties/local file/reset or somesuch) and then they can be reloaded. Is there a similar procedure for Entourage? (unsubscribing doesn't work).

I used to get this occasionally between two particular newsgroups. A
rebuild never completely eradicated the problem, and neither did
starting new identities.

The only way I completely cured it was to move away form Eage for
newsreading...
