Control-click the news server in the Folder List, and select "Empty Cache"
from the contextual menu. Beware that doing this will clear all headers and
downloaded messages that are cached from that news server. Unfortunately,
there is no way to delete messages and headers on a newsgroup-by-newsgroup
basis. If you would like to see that feature, be sure to post a feature
request. Alternatively, you can send feedback using the web form. In
Entourage X or 2004, go to Help > Send Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise,
