The same as for positive - essentially we are looking at absolut
numbers, i.e. minus 0 to 5% would be transparanet and minus 5 to 10
would be yellow

Use the ABS function to calculate the absolute change. For example:

In the first conditional format, select Formula Is, and enter the
formula: =ABS($G2/F2-1)>0.2
