I have a Jewish client who wants to read / write Hebrew from a Windows
XP home machine. She uses Outlook Express as a mail reader and Word XP
to write letters.
According to:

for Multilanguage help w/Word and other Office products
We have purchased and installed the latest proofing tools..
I am not Jewish. So I need to know if this is all that she needs.
A friend sent me the Hebrew Joke of the Day and I can read it in
either Outlook Express or Outlook.
I am concerned about typing in the vowels.
Is there any thing that I need to know about this?
Thanks
