Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the newsgroup and am sure this has been answered before but I
can't find the answer and I'm desperate!
My Entourage calendar opened today and ALL my events are gone. Every one. I
use iSync and don't know if the problem occurred there or not. I checked my
iCal and many of my calendar entries are still there. One other weird thing,
in my address book all of my contacts no longer have their categories
associated with them.
So my questions are...
1. How do I retrieve my events? I don't have anything selected under View,
so it's not a viewing issue (I think). Could they be sitting there in the
database waiting to be pulled back up?
2. Can I pull them back from iCal?
I've tried rebuilding the database (whatever that does), but to no avail. I
have a Palm and tried syncing it...it gets the events, but won't transfer
them back to Entourage (could it be because they occurred in the past and
Entourage won't update previous events?)
I've also tried copying the Microsoft User folder to another computer and
opening Entourage as a new user. This made no difference...still can't see
the events( if they're still there)
Can I still trust Entourage? This thing has really thrown me for a loop!
