Help an Idiot Please.

Been using Excel since Bill Gates was just a millionaire, and I managed to
lock my arrow keys so that instead of being able to press and arrow and move
left/right-up/down, the whole sheet scrolls by one column/role.

But I can't figure out how to turn this off!

Damn keyboard shortcuts!!!

Thanks

Well, I'm not THAT stupid. I tried that first but it didn't work. It started
after I pressed <ctrl> and something instead of shift/+. It wouldn't turn it
off. I even closed the spreadsheet AND then closed Excel and restarted. No
good.

Cleared up after I rebooted the machine. Go figure.

Thanks
