help - attachment loss

hello,

we have more than 50 apple workstations with entourage and my colleagues
reported me, that they have problems with forwarding mails with attachments.

for example:
they have in their inbox an email with 5 attachments. when they are
forwarding this email to another person, the recipient only gets 3
attachments. this doesn't happen all the time, but I get 2 or 3 calls a week
because of this problem. the recipients are external customers, not other
colleagues.

we use mac os x 10.4.7, office 11.2.5 and an exchange-server

does anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

Check the router MTU setting. Set to 1492. For more info see:
