HELP: cannot access inbox/sent items

When I open the application and click on any mailbox, I
get a Windows Write Protect Error: The disk cannot be
written to because it is write protected: please remove
the write protection from the volume XXXX in drive
\device\harddisk\DR2

Help, anyone? Thanks!
