HELP - Can't send e-mail to hotmail addresses

I've just set up my e-mail in MS Outlook, but it won't send to certain e-mail addresses, like Hotmail. The error message reads

"553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

I had a look at the the Help file and it said to chec

Tools > Send/Receive > AllAccount

This didn't work though! Please help
