HELP! Can't send email. SMTP info is correct.

My mail is just sitting in the "outbox." The SMTP server info is correct,
but when I try to send mail, in the lower left hand corner of the window it
says "Logging off of smtp.comcast.net."

Do you get any error message?

Hey Jamie.
My Quote applies if ur using MacMail and not any other 3rd party Mai
clients.

If u go to comcast.net from Safari, can u send and receive messages ?
- Try sending a message to urself, logout and log back in and check i
u have received the message, if u did..then its MacMail's Issue els
its Comcast's issue.
