I need to delete multiple address book entries at one time in Entourage.
I've tried all the "standard" tricks without success. Help. I'm awash in a
sea of blank entries that a faulty import put in the database. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
If they're blank, they must be all together at the top, no? Or if their
names aren't blank, just other fields, sort by one of those fields by
clicking on that column's header.
Then select the top blank contact, then scroll down to the lowest one and
hold down Shift key, then click. That will select ALL contacts between them.
If you see any in the middle that you don't want to delete, hold down
command (Apple) key and click those individually to select them. Then click
the Trash button or press Delete key. That will delete them all at once.
