Help e-mailing or burning to disk

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I
need to be able to either e-mail my presentations to
others or to be able to burn them or save them to a cd.
When I try to e-mail them the file is too large, (zipping
does not help) and I am new to cd burning but it doesn't
seem that it will be able to record and save the animation
or sound within the presentations.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
